Who it's for

Built for people who get paid to be first

Insurance brokers & BDMs

Every new business needs a business pack and public liability before opening day.

EFTPOS / POS reps

The terminal goes to whoever visits during fit-out.

Coffee roasters & wholesalers

Cafés choose their roaster, linen and produce supplier weeks before opening.

Accountants & bookkeepers

New entities, premises and payroll make set-up work most valuable.

Shopfitters and trade services

Signage, cleaning, pest, waste, fire compliance and IT are needed before day one.

Business lenders & brokers

Fit-out finance is decided at DA approval, not at opening.

How it works

Public records → one clean list

We do the reading and stitching so you can spend your time on the businesses that are about to open.

01

We watch the sources nobody has time to read.

NSW Planning Portal DAs and CDCs, Liquor & Gaming applications, ASIC business names and ABN registrations, plus council approvals.

02

We throw away 80% of it.

Home renovations, holding companies, consultants and records without a physical premises are gone.

03

We stitch the rest together.

A DA, liquor application and business name at the same address become one record, one stage and one estimated window.

04

You get it filtered to your territory.

Address, category, stage, opening window, entity details and a source document for every fact.

The right lead is often hiding in a public record.

No noisy scraped contact lists. Just a clean, attributable signal that a real business is on its way.

Founder note

A straight word from the two of us

We're two people. One of us reads planning records for a living now; the other used to chase leads the old way — driving around looking for "Opening Soon" banners.

For the first couple of months this is a hand-verified weekly list, not a slick app. We'd rather get the data right with 20 people who need it than launch a dashboard full of noise. You'll get the software as it ships, at the price you locked in today.

If it doesn't help you win business, tell us and we'll refund you. We'd rather lose a subscription than a reputation.

FAQ

Good questions. Straight answers.

Where does the data come from?

NSW Planning Portal, Liquor & Gaming NSW, ASIC business names and companies, the Australian Business Register and council approval records. Every source is attributed.

Is this legal to use for sales outreach?

Yes. We aggregate public records about businesses and premises. Your outreach must still comply with the Spam Act and Do Not Call Register.

Do you provide phone numbers or emails?

No. We give you the business, address, category, timing and the public records behind it. You find the contact once you know a business exists.

How accurate is it?

We audit a random sample every week and publish the number above the fold. Flag a wrong record and we will fix or remove it within 24 hours.

How far ahead is it?

It depends on the signal: liquor applications are typically 2–5 months ahead, DAs 3–9 months and fit-out certificates 4–12 weeks.

Which areas?

We launch with seven inner and eastern Sydney LGAs. More LGAs follow at no extra cost to founders.

What if my competitor buys it too?

They might. Early is the whole point: there are 20 founding spots and only a handful of seats per vertical and territory on Team.

Can I cancel?

Yes, in one click, any time. Founders who cancel and return later pay standard pricing.

The next 60 businesses opening in your territory are already in public records. Your competitors aren't reading them.
